These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://hexxee.shop, including purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “hexxee.shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the online store. “Customer,” “user,” and “you” refer to any person accessing or using the website.

By using our website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to all mandatory protections granted by applicable law.

2. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to display products, operate checkout, and support online transactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Shopify is not the seller of products offered through hexxee.shop.

3. Eligibility

Customers must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Minors may place an order only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information and must not use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization.

4. Products

We offer socks and related products, including cotton socks, knee-high socks, short socks, crew socks, sports socks, and other hosiery products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, colours, dimensions, and photographs accurately. However:

• Colours may appear differently because of screen settings and lighting;

• Measurements may vary within reasonable production tolerances;

• Pattern placement may differ slightly;

• Packaging may change without materially affecting the product; and

• Product availability may change.

These qualifications do not permit us to supply goods that materially fail to conform to their description.

5. Size and Product Selection

Customers should review all available size, material, care, and intended-use information before ordering.

Sock fit may vary depending on foot dimensions, elasticity, design, material composition, and intended activity. A size description does not guarantee identical fit across every product.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product based on the information provided, without limiting their rights where information was inaccurate or misleading.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes and optional charges will be included or displayed as required by law.

We may change future prices at any time. Price changes do not affect accepted orders except where applicable law permits correction of an obvious error.

7. Orders

Placing a product in the cart does not reserve it.

By activating the final purchase button, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected products and agrees to pay the displayed total.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but may not constitute final acceptance.

8. Order Acceptance

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the order, or otherwise accept it according to the checkout process and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including:

10. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on accepted orders.

The estimated total delivery time is 15 to 20 calendar days from the date the order is placed, unless another estimate is displayed before checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed. Mandatory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

11. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

EU consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to lawful exceptions.

Sealed hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns after the protective hygiene seal is removed, where the statutory conditions for that exception are satisfied.

Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

12. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity, generally lasting at least two years after delivery.

If a product is defective, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.

13. Product Care and Use

Customers should follow the washing, drying, temperature, and care instructions supplied with the product.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by:

• Washing at an unsuitable temperature;

• Use of inappropriate chemicals;

• Tumble drying where prohibited;

• Improper storage;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose; or

• Failure to follow clearly supplied care instructions.

This section does not exclude liability for an original defect or lack of conformity.

Sports socks are not medical or protective equipment unless expressly described and certified as such.

14. Promotions

Promotions may be subject to stated dates, product restrictions, minimum spending, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order;

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Codes cannot be added after an order is submitted;

• Unauthorized resale is prohibited; and

• Promotions apply only during their stated period.

Promotions do not reduce statutory consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly. We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

A consumer residing in another country retains mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

25. Complaints and Disputes

Customers should first contact info@hexxee.shop so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Consumers may contact an applicable consumer-protection authority, use a competent alternative dispute-resolution body, or bring proceedings before a legally competent court.

Nothing in these Terms forces a consumer to use a court that cannot lawfully be imposed.

26. Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Legal Notice, product information, and order confirmation form the applicable agreement.

Mandatory law prevails if a conflict exists.
